PROTOCOLS
We want to make sure that you are comfortable meeting with your advisor and will continue to offer a range of options when it comes to discussing your requirements. This includes phone, teleconference (Zoom, Teams, Facetime etc), email and face-to-face meetings at a location of your choosing.

In Person Meetings
Our office doors have tentatively reopened with strict guidelines in place to manage everyone's safety and in accordance with government advice. Please note the following advice in relation to this.

We are happy to meet clients in a venue of their choice including the Omega office, their place of work or another suitable location once social distancing can be observed.

The HSE recommends that social distancing measures should be in place at all times during a meeting. At present this is 2 metres and we will be adhering to this during all client meetings.

Where social distancing is difficult, it is preferable that all attendants wear face masks.

Our board room facility has seating for 12 people - this has now been reduced to a maximum capacity of 4 people.

Hand washing facilities are available to all clients and other visitors to our office. Hand sanitisers, gloves, disposable hand towels, disinfectant wipes are also all available to all visitors.

Pre-Meeting Checklist For Visitors
To ensure both your safety and that of the Omega staff, it is required that all visitors review the following questions prior to arriving at the to the Omega offices. If you answer yes to any of the below, please do not attend the Omega offices and contact us to rearrange. We will ask all visitors to sign a form on arrival answering these questions:

Do you have symptoms of cough, fever, high temperature, sore throat, runny nose, breathlessness or flu like symptoms now or in the past 14 days?

Have you been diagnosed with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 infection in the last 14 days?

Are you a close contact of a person who is a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days (i.e. less than 2 metres for more than 15 minutes altogether in 1 day)?

Have you been advised by a doctor to self-isolate at this time?

Have you been advised by a doctor to cocoon at this time?
